Mr. Walstad is author or co-author of numerous publications and seminar materials in the field of construction and surety law from 1970 through the present time. The following are only a summary gathering of some of his writings and seminars during his continuing career that began in 1970:
"Project Scheduling and Construction Claims," (1973), widely distributed at seminars sponsored by several organizations including Waldron Enterprises and Federal Publications.
"Advanced Course in Construction Claims," (1980s), Engineering NewsRecord.
"Protecting Your Money", Utah Mechanic's Lien Law (1985, 1988, 1990).
Numerous seminars on Mechanic's Lien Laws sponsored by the Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors, Utah State University and other organizations.
"The Teamwork Strategy," a book by Mr. Walstad on team building, avoiding claims and successfully completing projects without claims and litigation.
