Rocky Mountain Coal Mine ehabilitation and Re-Opening

The rehabilitation and reopening of a formerly abandoned coal mine located in a rugged canyon of the Rocky Mountains of the United States in Utah. The work would require utilization of several contractors to build new coal conveyor and train loading facilities in challenging terrain, the correction and capping of a large deposit of mine waste and tailings in steep side canyons above a river important to downstream municipalities, and the opening of a new mine adit high above the floor of the main canyon in order to allow more cost-effective transfer of coal to transport facilities.
